Such a beautifully simplified app, does exactly what it’s suppose to do with a user friendly interface! The customer service aspect highly exceeded my expectations, so friendly, so helpful, thorough, knowledgeable, and so FAST when responding to any questions,concerns, or any information I requested; with that said, I’ve only ever used the live chat option to reach customer service, I’ve never needed to speak to anyone on the phone because just using the chat was so simple and I got all the answers I was looking for. The insurance itself is straight to the point, you don’t have to feel like they are not telling you everything you need to know, or worrying about some hidden costs/fees/or worse, finding out when you go to file a claim after an accident that you don’t have the coverage for something specific you were told you did have upon signing up for your policy. Not with Just Insure, it’s so simple, it’s AFFORDABLE, honest, and straightforward, I’m extremely happy I found them when I did, Thanks guys!

This insurance is ok but the way the app tracks miles is a bit annoying so before there was an option to click a “start tracking” button for when you drive so the app can track your miles but now that has been discontinued in the app so the only tracking is auto detect which is ok but if you are not driving be aware the app will still charge you unless you go to the setting and turn off auto track which is annoying since you have to do that every time you are not driving. I’ve also had a problem where I had the option turned off not knowing it was the only way to track miles I was waiting for my odometer photo to verify which took over 24hrs and only after I called they told me I had the auto track option off and the miles I drove within the 24hrs of me not knowing I had the option turned off will be counted as “untracked miles” which will be overcharged for them being untracked and I was told there was nothing they could do about it a simple fix would have been to add the extra miles I drove unknowingly untracked but no I will still have to pay extra money on my next odometer photo even though I did not know about the policy change within the app. Just be careful insuring with this app because it can be tricky and any accidental mess up’s will not be fixed and you will have to deal with it.

When I found this insurance company I was so excited. I don’t drive that many miles so it’s perfect for me. It’s a new way, a better way to have legal coverage for your vehicle.What I am wondering is …. Does anyone else feel like a Ginny pig? I had an auto policy with Just Insure for a few months and out of no where I was told they could not obtain my credit report. When I contacted the credit agencies they said there should be no problem getting your report. They doubled my daily rate and raised my per mile charge. I kept asking several times and got the same answer….we couldn’t get your credit report so your rates went up. When I started the policy no mention of needing my credit report. Why 6 months later do they suddenly need my credit report? My next 3 months they lowered the daily rate , mileage stayed the same. Now the next three months the daily rate doubles again. They say oh but your per mile charge went down. I am very frustrated with this. I fear the greed of money will destroy the best thing to happen to car insurance.I need your help if you are a client as well of Just Insure tell me if you are going threw the same thing. Did your rates double?

It’s cheap but there’s a saying you get what you pay for. Even though I’m paying money per month but getting nothing in return. Got into a hit-and-run accident totally not my fault. The car is in terrible condition and I expected having minimum coverage I wasn’t going to get any help but what’s bothering me is that they won’t even help by towing the car. Not a total to write me a $10,000 check a simple $100 tow. What I also don’t like is how they basically wasted four days of my time that I’m not gonna get back making a claim for me knowing the type of insurance I had. If you knew, why would you bother even making a claim giving me the hope at least something could be done about my car? All this insurance is good for is to keep you from getting a ticket from the cop that’s all.
