Whether you’re a food lover, bar hopper or shopaholic, step is the app for you. My life has been made easier by being able to save my favorite places around the world. Good UI, but not ready to upgrade

Liked the app's design and concept, but ran into three real issues: I can't find a way to export or download my saved places (500+ spots) — no option in Settings. None of the legal documents (Terms, Privacy Policy, etc.) in Settings actually open, only yields the same error message of not connecting to your database. And there's no working help or support in-app, and the App Store’s "App Support" link gives me the same broken page error. Would appreciate a fix on all three, especially data export for those of us with a lot saved. Would not consider a paid model at this stage.

Beware, once you subscribe you cannot cancel subscription! Even in the website you cannot!

Sorry you had this issue. Just click unfollow on the profile you are subscribed to on the Step app to cancel your subscription. You will still have access to this profile and content until your subscription period is over.
Nice idea - needs a lot

I love the idea of this app, especially the ability to follow curators. The reason why I think it needs work is there needs to be richer filters, and a way for users and curators to leave some kind of rating or review of step locations. Just because the location was stepped doesn’t mean it’s actually worth checking out.
