Sometimes when I come to the car wash and I open up the AutoSpa app on my phone and I want to wash my car using the soft touch I accidentally press the option for a touchless car wash which I don’t like because it doesn’t do a very good job. I really wish there was an option to go back and select a different wash instead of being stuck with my mistake and not able to wash until the next day!!

I personally like it when business create an app where I can fill a rewards system. This helps me to stay on budget and also help me maintain my car! I think this will be a great tool for families as well. The cool surprise of the game was fun and entertaining! The music is also just a fun touch and a way to maybe entertain a kid and earn some points. Win win! I’m sure this will become a favorite app on my phone.

The Selah location is super legit. When I did have an issue they come thru. Customer Service is on point. If only the scanner wasn’t out of service so often. I can only use my monthly pass at the Automatic wash, so I’ve had to pay for 3 washes while having the monthly pass, I could have waited but pre applied bug tar to my vehicle. So either way⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I can’t see where to cancel the membership.
