Everyone should switch to FBT just so you can use this app

I know it has been a while, but I thought I’d finally write a review to say that the design of this new app blows the old one and the design of my accounts with bigger banks away! I love how you give the control over to the users with the dashboard... I think the side over bottom navigation is sleek... I’ve run into no responsive issues. Your design team did everything right in my eyes!

Love the look of the new app and having mobile access to simple information such as account & routing number, previously difficult to find except on my physical checks. I also appreciate that all features present similarly on both my computer and my mobile device, which wasn’t always the case. Nice upgrade, FB&T!

The need permission to access the camera could be clearer. It states that one must go to settings. Therefore I spent a full 40 minutes going through my phone settings. In fact I needed to go into the app to allow camera access. That fact would have saved time and frustration

Love the updates to the new app, very intuitive and easy to use. I really appreciate being able to see the full account number for all of my accounts (instead of masked) and that the app has all the functionality of the website. Well done indeed.
