huntAhead is a hunting tool that allows you to pattern and track individual animals.
With the huntAhead app you will be able to build an individual bucks profile, set up independent stand locations tied to a specific GPS coordinate, which will automatically store valuable weather data such as air temperature, barometric pressure, predominate wind direction and moon phase. No more taking pictures off your computer screen and scrolling through the photos on your phone to find the deer pictures to share with your friends. Simply open our app and go to your bucks profile and start swiping. Our goal is to help you have an easier, enjoyable and successful hunting experience. After you have had a successful hunt simply hit add to trophy room and start collecting memories.
You can also manage your hunting properties and areas with our new mapping features. Add different locations such as tree stands, box blinds, cameras to your map. Add other points of interest such as turkey roosts and coyote mapoints. Draw or live record trails. Track a blood trail while you're on the hunt and in the field. We offer satellite imagery and contour maps with hillshading to assist you in locating and setting up for more successful hunts. Maps can be viewed in 2D or 3D to survey terrain.
Guide service features include sharing hit list profiles, stands and locations with other users via sms, email, facebook, twitter and whatsapp.
Create hunting groups where you can share your location with other members of your hunting group. As a guide you can track multiple hunting groups at the same time, seeing where members of groups are at on the map.
We know not all trail camera photos are big bucks. Sometimes you get a few that you might just want to keep around because they are just too good to delete. So, simply add them to your individual favorite photos collection within the app.

Jonathan & Eric - you have created a unique blend of innovation, research, raw data, trail-cam pics, weather, and patterning deer into a single, easy-to-use platform. Though the app wasn’t officially up yet, the data you gathered allowed me to mouth-call a +260# giant of a whitetail buck to 11 yards and seal the deal with a single arrow! I’ve hunted whitetails for 30 years and your innovation gave me the opportunity of a lifetime (the same afternoon we filmed the commercial). Downloaded this app because I’ve always tried to tie weather and deer movement together. It was always difficult or I forgot to look at the weather. This App makes it simple! I also like that you can organize your hit list bucks through creating a profile! As mention on the other posts. Game changer for sure. Is it deer season yet?

Good thing they give you a free 7 day trial!! I’ll start with the “hit list”. I added photos for one buck and of course it couldn’t give me any info ie weather, noon phase, temp, etc because the crappy moultrie camera I use doesn’t show the whole pic on my phone. Now with that said after I tried on the first buck I added another to my hit list but couldn’t up load any more pics of the second buck. I tried the tutorial but doesn’t say anything about adding more pics and the video wouldn’t work. I’ll stick with hunt stand and do a little extra work because I already folders for each buck I’m after this year.

I just started using the app within the past couple weeks. I will say this is the best one I’ve used so far because the options with making profiles for each buck to track there movement! Highly recommend this app!
