Good: my photographer was great the service they provided was great and through the WEBSITE not the app, I was able to download the pictures. Bad: this app is only for the photographers not for the clients. It would be great if there was an interface. Additionally I purchased a photo package which was discontinued in July, but never received notice or more importantly a refund. Conclusion: this website is still finding its way and the service I received was good. But Snappr the web interface and customer support has a long way to go.

I booked 11:30 for baby shower, I told the photographer the event started earlier that day and he could come for food earlier if he wants, he mixed up the time showed up at 10:30 and no guest was there! We realized it was miscommunication, which was fi!3, he told us he would back in an hour as he needed to run some errands, but then he cancel the photoshoot at 11 on the app and we only got an email. There was no way we can book another photographer. We were super disappointed as it was a big day for the family. Just got an email from snapper telling me I can ‘get credit’ or ‘reschedule with another photographer’, really unacceptable and super disappointed as we already missed the moment!

The “Value” bookings pay about $70/hour, which sounds okay, until you realize you’re doing the full job: planning, shooting, editing, communicating, sometimes traveling far—all for 6 photos. Most clients don’t buy more, so you’re basically doing a premium job for scraps.This kind of pricing trains clients to expect professional work for next to nothing. It drags down the market, makes sustainable creative work harder, and is bad for photography as a whole.If you’re a photographer who values your time, gear, and skill: stay far away. This platform doesn’t.

Worst designed app I’ve ever used, refuses to let you use the most basic parts of the app. Want to set your service area, even if you make it a box surrounding only your house it will display an error message saying the area is too big. Want to make yourself available for bookings. Too bad. It won’t even give you an error message so you can know what to change. This app does not want to be used and I wouldn’t even try to fight it if it wasn’t expected of me by potential clients. Completely unusable
