It’s difficult to understand if I can buy a ticket for myself and my husband who is also on the Passer App with the same transaction.

This app has so many flaws and it’s frustrating to use. Not only did it keep telling me I needed to update my app to the latest version to add my card payment (there was no update), it wouldn’t let me buy a ticket for my travel companion because I selected “no” to sharing my contacts. I don’t think this should be necessary, as all they need is the passenger name. Nevertheless, when I tried to change the privacy settings, it was not possible on my end. The 5 minutes time limit to checkout is an added hurdle to purchase tickets. No route maps provided anywhere or stop locations making it difficult to use if you are not familiar with the area. Overall terrible app, didn’t work and I only got one of the two tickets I needed after fighting the app for way too long.

It works, the seat reserving system is pretty delayed and will show seats are reserved when they aren’t for like 5 minutes. Wish you could select another language when you first download the app. Got my seats though and leaving a review so people know its not a scam.

Not only does the app function poorly, the customer service is horrible. I was charged for bus tickets I could never use and when I tried to get a refund the company was rude, condescending and dismissive, blaming me instead taking accountability for their poorly designed app. I would give it zero stars if that were possible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD - it's not worth the headache.
