Since Covd-19 hit, most of us have had to workout from home. While my regular yoga studio started to stream their classes online, I was still paying for a yoga experience that I wasn’t getting in my own home yoga space. The sound quality and picture quality left much to be desired. And when they started offering previously recorded classes, the picture and sound quality were still subpar, since they reflected the online streaming when the classes were first recorded. THIS APP IS THE BEST. Not only is it FREE (OMG - THANK YOU!!!), but the sound quality is perfect, the picture quality is perfect, the instructors are quality, and the interface is beautiful and easy to use. I absolutely love this app and am now using it in place of my other yoga classes. I am once again looking forward to my yoga practice - even if it’s at home!

I’m so thankful to find this high quality very useful app for free. I can’t afford extras such as these so free is the only way I would be able to access this. I am just getting started but I’m so excited I know this is going to help me feel better and be healthier so I can accomplish more and be able to function better. I want to be more confident and useful to others around me and those I care about as well as be happier and positive and energetic for me as well. This app is perfect for this. You can tailor it around your own goals and needs so I can be confident recommending this app to anyone who is looking for a way to improve their life and health. Yes yoga app is the best app I love this yoga app there’s only one thing I wish you would help I wish you would have yoga with people that have bad really bad rib cage and chest pains but otherwise I love this app it is a nice yoga stretching up I have never ever experienced such a good yoga App and I would just like to say that like I said I have never experienced such nice body stretches my body feels good every time I do this and I make it a daily routineBut also I really wish that you didn’t have to have a subscription to have a daily reminder I think that’s kind of nonsense but I love this app overall this is the best app I’ve recommended it to 1 billion people and they have all rated it thank you so much 😊

I enjoy that the instructors promote doing your own variations of a pose & point out some possible variations as well. The best thing about this app is that I don’t get the feeling of being talked down to. Most exercise apps have Instructors who seem to be elitist & talk down to you, even other yoga apps. I understand motivation is good, but a method of motivating has been put into a box & fed to us like we don’t know what sincerity sounds like, & pretend the false motivation being demonstrated doesn’t look as ridiculous as it sounds. This app has instructors that are sincere. Also during a pose they can talk about what not to do, like clinching your jaw, with out being dismissive.
