Unable to receive calls

Calls don’t come in on mobile app. I can see history for the missed calls, and can make outbound calls.

Can’t access through app

I had the exact same issue. I can log in on my pc but not the mobile app with the same credentials. Not very convenient

Thanks for your review. A recent update has been released that resolves a permission issue that could have prevented users from accessing the app. Please reach out to your Genesys Cloud Designated Contact and open a support case if you have any additional issues.
