Does not sync to TRM 445 treadmill

At first I was excited to see an updated app. Once I plugged it into the treadmill however I couldn’t figure out how it could communicate at all with a TRM445 model. The previous app I used which I no longer see as available in the marketplace was able to synchronize my workouts from the console to the app. I can see my previous history in the app but it no longer seems to be able to to pull the data right from the console.I like the promise of being able to synchronize it with connected services such as Strava and Garmin however it is a disappointment that it doesn’t communicate with the console. Last but not least it would be great if it had a landscape layout so it would look halfway decent on my iPad.

Distance & Calorie Tracking

Was excited to see an updated app finally because of the rampant issues with the previously abandoned app. However you can no longer enter distance traveled and calories burned manually in many of the exercise machine workouts such as treadmill, stationary bike, and elliptical. As bad as the previous app was fields for those as least existed. It’s not unreasonable to expect these fields to be present so user can track this data.

It was fine for what it was until it stopped syncing with apple health, changed units to km (without a way to switch back), and stopped adding my workouts to my activity points. Pretty useless at this point
