Veronica Green, NP and her staff ALWAYS go above and beyond what is needed. They are ALWAYS very professional and polite and take the time and sit with you while answering any and all questions you may have. I actually live in Phoenix and am more than willing to drive the extra 2+ hours it takes to go down to be seen by Veronica Green, NP and her staff. It’s most definitely worth the drive to be seen by them!!! Thank you Veronica and staff for being so awesome and supportive to your patients!!! Love you girls!!!! Sincerely, Fred Sandoval.

Lost in Translation
RNdisheartened
I am very upset we have overseas customer service in health care. Even when I’m calling in as an RN from a long term care facility because the resident has a Village Medical physician overseeing her care, I get connected to an overseas customer service associate who will not connect me to the on call provider until irrelevant questions are asked. The overseas customer service representative will ask if I approve of an extra charge to the resident to speak to the on call provider. I say I am not medical power of attorney and cannot approve extra charges. I say over and over I am an RN calling from a long term care facility and want to be transferred to the on call provider. There is a delay getting to speak to the provider just like there is when I call in as a patient to try and speak to the office. My recommendation is to drive in to the office with a hand written note of your concerns to the front desk to get your own needs met. That might be the quickest route than waiting to hear back from the email the overseas customer service representative says they will send to the office. Also what is ridiculous… I’m asked for email and if they can text to my return phone call number when I call from the long term care facility. It’s a land line! There is so much disconnect. We truly are lost in translation and health care suffers as a result. You ask for my review. I give it candidly. I give it to you as an RN and as a patient. Please fix this situation. It is way too frustrating. Time is precious, especially as a nurse in long term care.
Unprofessional and vile

I’d like to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews because it just isn’t very important to me. Now this company is an absolute disgrace! If you need to speak to your doctor or anyone at your doctors office it is not possible. You could be in a literal life or death moment hingeing on speaking to your Dr or even someone at the front desk and it’s not possible. After an incident where I needed to speak to my dr about a prescription while out of town they refused to let me talk to my Dr. After begging and pleading to speak to someone I was “transferred to my doctors office” I thought my issue was handled until my prescription never came through as indicated when I talked to the “office” I called back the next day after confirming the pharmacy had nothing for me. I spoke to the same guy and who has the intelligence of maybe an 8th grader (begging and pleading once again) and I hear the girl sitting next to him say “just transfer him to me again” and I proceeded to lose my mind entirely. The amount of disrespect and audacity in a situation where I desperately needed my pain medication to transfer me to his co worker and pretend to be my office was vile, repulsive, unprofessional, and and absolute disgrace. I have never wished for a company to go out of business more than village medical. When I drove to my doctor because that was my literal only option he expressed this was not the first time he has heard of this happening. Needless to say I will never in my life use village medical for anything as long as I live. I hope someone sees this and truly listens to how big of an issue this is.
Love my Doctor HATE CALL CENTER
JAT1953
How to write a review on a love hate relationship. Village medical will not allow direct calls into the medical office. You must go thru the call center. I found this out when needing a referral to a cardiologist while having painful atrial fibrillation symptoms. The first call center lady had such a strong accent we did not understand each other. She did contact my doctors office. They had to call me back. I had to return the call which led me to a call center that was having a household party or that is what it sounded like. Third call I received an answer and asked to speak to the nurse in my doctor office. After MUCH explanation he transferred me to the office. It took over 2 hours from the first call to get an appointment and referral. Once a person is established with the doctor why can we not be able to reach our doctors office? When returning a call to MY doctor I still had to beg the call center person to let me speak to the office. I really like my doctor but I will be searching for another primary care doctor because of the call center.
