Set up Zelle and then made an electronic deposit, wow that was easy! Sure beats driving to the bank!
Incompetence

They bought out the Berkshire branches and really fumbled the ball and did not communicate. Now they’re charging a $2/month paper statement fee that Berkshire never did, nor does Empower Credit union. They also send me a statement from an account that I thought was closed it has a $0 balance, yet they mail me a piece of paper each month (for free!). The people at the local branches are so nice, but the people in charge are incompetent.
