Great fasting tracker

I downloaded several fasting apps before I landed on this one. It’s simple to use, easy to navigate and I really appreciate the learning tab that helps you understand what’s really going on while you’re fasting.
One suggestion I would make to the developers is. Keep the timer going after the fasting. A notification at the end of the fast that lets you know that you are in your feeding window and then another notification when it’s time to start the fast again. Then just have a button that you can press if you want to pause or end the cycle.

Great Fasting App, except.

I have been intermittent fasting for going on two years. I don’t like the apps that are bloated with a lot of unnecessary features and this one is almost perfect. My one requirement is that it works with my Apple Watch, which it shows that it does here in the App Store and the app is on my watch, but I can’t seem to make a complication on my watch face for it 🤔 One other tiny feature I wish they would add, but isn’t a deal breaker is a notes function. I occasionally like to leave a note about how my day went and some apps have that, but this one doesn’t. Aside from those two things, this app is super simple, in a great way and *almost* perfect.

Finally a Simple Tracker That Allows Control

After trying several trackers, I finally landed on this one and I will never go back. The others either inundate you with unbearable ads, or are too simple and require you to have your phone with you every time you start or end a fast. No so here. This app allows you to edit your start and stop times so you can keep accurate track of your fasting without being attached to your phone, AND no ads, at least not yet. Perfect for me.
