This app does not function very well. after signing up, I could no longer change my password. Passwords are constantly changing within this app so you never know what the password isWhen you do need to change your password. Their support page is horrible, as you enter all the details, but the submit button doesn’t function or work for pushing the request forward. Guess I will have to continue going to the website to monitor my commuter expenses versus using the app.

To ALL the employers out there, if you want happy employees, do not sign up with this B.S. company for benefits. They are subpar.No customer service whatsoever….NONE.They will easily take your money out of your paycheck 3 months in advance, mail you prepaid cards (they recently had to mail out cards because the ones they were using were antiquated). Card never arrived, somehow was activated and now have to pay out of pocket to travel for weeks until a new card is received. Never was able to speak to someone. Spent 3 days calling and was never able to get someone on the phone, busier than normal call volume. Asked to get a call back, the phone rings once, and before I’m able to answer, rep hangs up, because they don’t want to speak to any customer. They can just say, we called and person didn’t answer. Save yourself the headaches. Go through a lot of headaches just to save a few dollars. Not worth it

Interface needs work

this application would benefit from user feedback. When used on the iPhone, it defaults the calendar to today’s date so that when you’re typing in historical receipts which it is for, and then you notice and try to go back and correct the date, it kicks you back to the beginning of the process. it also doesn’t allow you to store multiple historic locations supporting receipts. So you have to painfully type it in every time. It only has memory for the last time you input somethings so if you park or use different forms of commute, it is not catching those. The interface is very Squirrley and slides around when you’re trying to type, which makes it easier to make errors and then it is unforgiving. It’s extremely difficult to reach anyone of this organization to sew. The ability to report. Interface issues is negligible.

I always considered myself an atheist until I was forced to use this app for the very simple task of booking parking for my commute. However after months of increasingly worse updates, being logged out while in the dead zone of a parking lot, basic functionality and expenses not working, I have begun to wonder if there indeed is a higher power and I am being punished in a perpetual purgatory of worse and worse UX. I just don’t understand how a very simple app can fail at its one responsibility. They don’t even need to do the parking logistics since they use another service that Edenred wraps around. But whoever convinced the executives at my company to switch from a perfectly fine app to this one, you truly are MBA / CEO material, congratulations
