I had received paperwork for an investment to be filed with taxes unaware of a 401k i had no idea about this at all a co-worker told me to get the app and to give them a call and i did and i have been really impressed with the process and how much information is on app plus how helpful the companies customer service was i had called and was really impressed with the help and explanation and all they had taught me i really appreciate and like the idea and think everyone should offer this with benefits and as an older man i would say everyone should get this going at a young age and you wouldn’t believe by putting it into a 401k and other investments til you are old enough to retire this will impress you how much money you made and how little you added doesn’t hurt to have an employer that offers this and matching you this is wonderful and the app is well thought out and very informative thank you

This app has seen significant improvements over the years, especially considering its humble beginnings where it just opened rudimentary webpages that often did not work well. They listened to feedback and integrated many functions so it’s now easier than ever to manage your workplace accounts directly from within this app. They still have a long road ahead to fully integrate all of the website functions into this app, but they have come so far from the start. The changes and improvements over the years are very noticeable and very much appreciated. You can do so many tasks and perform research and run simulations from with in this app, whereas years ago you couldn’t. It really is closer to a one stop shop for workplace accounts and even those you have chosen to link and display. Thanks for continuing to improve and making this app what it is today, new users have no idea how spoiled they actually are!

I don’t want to work for an employee who doesn’t use Fidelity. Gone are the days where a person works for the same employer their entire career. That can mean lots of rollovers of retirement funds to a new employer plan. Fidelity makes the rollover process so much easier than the rest just by simply doing what makes sense. One of the best features that Fidelity offers is the option to use the app to submit the rollover check(s). Having to go through a rollover is usually a hassle because most financial institutions do not take advantage of modern day fintech. Fidelity is just the opposite, which makes working with them so convenient that it’s also a pleasure.
