With the power of Panama City Connect, you’ll be able to easily and quickly submit requests for assistance for non-emergency concerns within city limits, such as potholes, damaged street signs, code enforcement and other issues that require The City’s assistance. Powered by SeeClickFix, the app uses GPS to recognize your location and provides a list of commonly requested services to choose from. All reports will be routed to the appropriate City function to be addressed. Citizens can track the status of reports submitted and learn when the issues have been resolved. Download and start using this free app today and thank you for helping make Panama City the premier city in the panhandle. Citizens can also report issues by calling City Hall at (850) 872-3000. If you have an urgent water or sewer concern, please call (850) 872-3000 during business hours or (870) 872-3112 after business hours.
