Tommy's Express 4+

Updated: I subscribed my second vehicle on March 2. The app back dated my subscription as starting March 1. I know it’s only one day, but it feels like skimming. It makes a difference over a lot of customers. I subscribed my first vehicle at the end of February and it certainly didn’t round forward to March 1. Therefore I downgraded to 4 stars.

Glad they finally got one of these washes in Anchorage, Alaska. Worst place on the planet to own a nice car. I avoided other car wash subscription because the lines are always long and that defeats one of the purposes of saving time. Especially the laser car washes. I went to Tommy’s at 5:15pm rush hour and it was completely busy. But it was still very fast. I got through in less than 15 minutes. Been back several times and always fast. Makes the subscription worth it as sometimes I’ll be coming daily because of the muddy roads.

It has been a horrible experience. I always had fear of those machines and then it turns out that I was washing my car a brand new car, when I noticed my cameras went crazy looked at the mirror they have on the left and going out and my car had dense on the chrome upper part of my door I brought it to their attention and it’s been now since November to this date mid James Underwood, who is in charge of making the decision whether the damage is legit or not he then told me they have 360 cameras that take a picture before that it goes through. I asked him to show me that video because I can promise him. Those bands were not there on the upper part of my door as I open it he then said he wasn’t allowed to do that so then I told him that this is a make belief. Needs to be fixed. I also had scratches on the front side of my car and no one he keeps saying I’m talking meetings and never do I hear from him. I do plan to get an answer for this and they will be fixing my car, but I’m having I could discontinued my membership there due to the unprofessional way they handle things! I know in the future and in the past things like this have happened and they should be responsible we trust in them they take our payment and they respect thank you

I love this place from the express lane if you have the app to floor mat washers that make my floor mats looking brand new! My car has never stayed so clean for so long! With the monthly plan it saves me so much money and I can zip through whenever my car is looking a little dull. And the vacuums make it so much easier to get the inside looking like I just drive it off the lot. And the floor mats cleaners puts it over the top! No more spraying them off at the car wash just to have me leaving soaked and my mats not clean! I tell everyone about this place it’s everything a car wash should be!
