eVu Senz
biofeedback relaxation
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Train calm with biofeedback. Real-time heart rate variability, finger temperature, and skin conductance feedback via the eVu TPS sensor.
The eVu Senz app works in conjunction with Thought Technology Ltd.'s eVu TPS Biofeedback sensor (https://thoughttechnology.com/evu-tps-package-t4500/) to teach self-awareness, relaxation and focus through the monitoring of biometric data and self-regulation.
Version 2.0 is a complete redesign built with SwiftUI, delivering a modern and intuitive experience.
Features of the eVu Senz include:
- Displays biometric data for four well-research modalities: skin conductance, temperature, respiration and heart rate variability (HRV).
- Real-time signal view with responsive, high-quality charts for each modality.
- Rewards view — an animated, gamified training mode that provides visual and audio feedback as you reach your biofeedback goals.
- Customizable breath pacer to guide your breathing during training sessions.
- Configurable training programs — set session duration, target thresholds, and choose your preferred feedback modality.
- Session review with detailed scoring and performance summary.
- PDF report generation to track your progress over time.
- Built-in help manuals for each modality, available in multiple languages.
- Designed exclusively for use with the eVu TPS biofeedback sensor by Thought Technology Ltd.
Ratings & Reviews
Version 2.0.1 brings a smoother, more reliable training experience:
• Audio playback is now consistent across a wider range of iPads — feedback sounds, the breathing pacer, and the relaxation music now start reliably regardless of the device's audio state.
• Sending session CSV reports to your clinician now works correctly when the app is set to Italian or Polish.
• Refreshed relaxation guidance audio for a clearer, calmer experience.
• Smoother device selection when pairing with your eVu TPS sensor.
• Updated help documentation throughout the app.
Thank you for using eVu Senz — and for sharing your feedback that made these improvements possible.

- Use Statement
- The complete eVu TPS® system, comprising the eVu TPS device and the eVu Senz® app, is intended for visualization and real-time feedback (biofeedback) of physiological parameters — skin conductance, peripheral skin temperature, and heart rate variability — to assist a patient in developing a degree of conscious control over typically involuntary functions. It is intended for relaxation training and to provide information to aid in stress reduction.
The app is not intended for monitoring, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical condition. It is not intended to measure quantitatively the value of physiological parameters; measurements are relative to each other, indicating short-term trends rather than absolute values. - Safety Information
The eVu Senz app must be used together with the eVu TPS sensor device. Refer to the eVu TPS User Guide (SA4504) for sensor placement, charging, and hardware safety instructions before each session.
For best results, use the system in a comfortable environment, free of distractions, at an ambient temperature of approximately 20 °C / 68 °F. Cold fingertips may prevent the sensor from obtaining accurate temperature and skin conductance readings.
This device is not intended for use as a diagnostic or therapeutic instrument. Do not rely on the biosignal feedback for the assessment or treatment of any medical condition. If symptoms of stress, anxiety, or any health concern persist, consult a licensed health-care practitioner.
Children, pregnant women, and individuals with implanted electronic devices (such as pacemakers) should use the eVu TPS sensor only under the supervision of a qualified clinician.- Instructions for Use
