I received an email from the hotel encouraging me to use the app. The app asks for a seven-digit booking number, and all accor app provides an eigh-digit booking number. The eight digit numbers is, of course, not valid.No further explanations to how and where yo find a seven digit number.

Attempted to use the app each day of my 3 day stay at the Fairmont in Montreal. Every time, an error message and red “X” appeared on screen. The app is completely non-functional and useless.
