Get immediate alerts related to the vaccines you or your family members have received and report back to the FDA or CDC if you experience any symptoms from your vaccine. Regardless of source or healthcare provider, your vaccine eligibility documents and health information can be kept in one platform, with you empowered to share that information. You are able to record and track vitals for persistent monitoring purposes, including heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure and more.
This app supports Healthkit.
*Note: No diagnoses or medical recommendations are made in this app. The patient simply creates reminders and calendars for themselves, uploads their own documents and adds personal contact information for providers.

Ratings and Reviews
After reading the privacy statement, I wonder why they don’t offer a short, clear and concise brief statement about protecting my data? What happens if an insurance company or other bad actor acquires this company? Or if they are hacked despite their claim to use “state of the art technology”? Will they tell us if that happened? I’ll use this program to record my vaccines but that’s it until they can offer more control of my data to me.
Good idea, bad execution
This app could be much better if a few things are fixed. 1 - I am only able to input four vaccination records. This alone makes the app useless. 2 - When selecting a provider for the vaccine, you are only allowed to choose from your physician list, not from the pharmacy list. You need to be able to select from the pharmacy list as well. 3 - When adding a physician, you can only choose from a prepopulated list. My physician’s address is wrong and there is no way to edit any of the information. It would be great if you fixed these issues, but another user, who was having similar problems, never received a response from customer service, so I won’t hold my breath. I’ll just use another app.
Issues preventing use
First,most important issue under pharmacies, State of Florida not listed. This prevents any use of this portion of the app. (Which for me includes my vaccinations!)
Second, the date portion of the app is counter-intuitive. If I have to put the year and month in first, then I should be able to access the day before saving instead of having to go back in and change it once again.
There may be more but this just from the first ten minutes of trying to set the program up.
