I have been using this platform for almost a year and it is the very most basic of an app and I have tried so many out there. It needs help but for now it does what is needed. Wish they would do a new version that was easier to maneuver from portfolio to transactions and different accounts. The biggest thing this is missing is the capabilities of being able to setup a trade like limits and stuff like that. Please fix. Other than this the company is great but something so simple to make the app work the best and for them to get more revenue by having us being able to act like traders doesn’t make sense.

I attempted to sign up for a new IRA. I have both worked in the financial industry and opened multiple accounts. While I like the security they provide it seemed weird that they delayed me funding my account. At first the email and phone call I received seemed like good customer service. I guess that wasn’t good enough and they want me to do a webinar? When I called and questioned a rep about what phone call Tommy decided it would be fun to act like I didn’t know what a phone call is. I did t understand why one was needed. He said it was to verify my identity but how does talking to me verify my identity. What was my license for? Things like this send red flags. They made me feel like I had to earn the right to get an IRA from them. Like I owe them and that feels suspicious. I u set stand sometimes relationships just don’t work but it was like they were trying to push me off the phone and were trying to find a reason for it to not work. It was just a weird experience that I have never had. I will just use other crypto IRA providers.*Update: I was not annoyed with the security verification I was annoyed at your reps’condescending tone. Acting like I didn’t know what a phone call was and trying to quickly get me off the phone sent up some red flags. Idk how you can try and respond when you weren’t in the conversation?

This level of support builds real trust, and it made a big difference in my confidence using the app. If BitcoinIRA is smart, they will do everything they can to keep people like her on their team.

I was severely disappointed in the BitcoinIRA product after seeing all of the positive reviews. The website/app is extremely basic with zero analytics (portfolio growth %,$ etc.) I was told several months ago they were working on it, but first wanted to add more altcoins which they have yet to do. For all of the fees they charge you’d expect some basic analytics, but that’s not the case. The customer service is great when you can actually get a hold of them. Most of the time when you call the customer service you’re on hold for a long time before anyone picks up. They have a text phone number and email address for customer but they don’t always respond. If I knew BitcoinIRA had these issues, I’d have gone with a different company but at this point with all of the fees I already paid I’m stuck with BitcoinIRA.
