If you’re looking to start working out in the gym or for something that makes working out easy this app is for you!! There’s many different programs or workouts either for at home or in the gym options!! This makes working out so easy because you don’t even have to plan your workouts! You can track your weights and see the correct form for the movement and it’s just a super easy app to use! I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey!!

Although I love Olivia’s workouts and have been following her on Instagram for a while, I was so excited for this app. There’s a lot of glitches that occur, on multiple occasions random workouts will come up while doing the workout, that weren’t listed in the instructions or plan area. On multiple occasions it has not saved my workout that I have done, even when I am at the session page and click done. This app will also not allow me to sync my Apple health. I just find that this app is very glitchy and it’s upsetting to pay for something that doesn’t fully “work”. I know this isn’t Liv’s fault, but as a follower and supporter it’s discouraging that this keeps occurring.
I love Olivia, but not this app.

I absolutely love this fitness app! If you are debating on wether or not to give it a chance, DO IT! You won’t regret it. The workouts are so easy to follow and you have videos showing you how to do everything correctly. I was worried doing at home workouts wouldn’t be motivating enough for me but this app and the community inside of it are so worth it! It’s nice to have a community to hold you accountable and help you with any questions you have and also motivate you. I gave 4 star rating because sometimes the app will mess up and won’t save your workouts. Other than that it’s wonderful!

If you are looking to get in great shape, Lift with Liv is exactly what you need! Olivia's program is thoughtfully done so you see the best results possible - in the gym or at home! Her programming methods have given me great results as a client and this app has allowed me to continue my progress without worrying about programming my own workouts. I can easily track my weights from week to week to ensure progressive overload and see my progress. Olivia worked so dang hard on this and I could not think of a better person and trainer to support!
