I started my account at the branch on McKinley in Mishawaka, Indiana. The management staff there and the service clerks are very professional and kind specifically manager name Alexandria Morgan. She has been helping me for two years. She is very professional polite and will organized. I always go back to that branch because the head manager and Alexandria, as well as all of the clerks are always professional and approachable when in need of assistance for my ministry and my non profit organization the Everwise on McKinley street is perfect for me. I live 25 minutes away and drive past 2 other branches just to get to this branch.

Sincerely concerned with the state of an app that is unable to complete mobile deposits when all competitors I’m aware of can deliver on this field. Makes me question sincerely why I would bother staying with a company that had this problem reported on September 1st publicly (insinuating that this is probably a reoccurring theme for longer than a month) and has still failed to provide an update or patch to correct this issue. The very nature of this problem should immediately cause any customer of theirs to reconsider whom they keep their money with if they are this inefficient and ineffective at correcting a function that is widely available from most any other competitor in the only banking industry. And to prematurely answer the “developers response” that will prompt me to reach out with the everwise help desk, I appreciate that you have that, however I nor any other customer should expect to have to go through a help desk to deposit a check. I sincerely hope another review on this issue encourages some discussion or even actual change for your app!

I am a daily online banking app user. Or I was. Every time I try to open the app I get the no online connection message - and I AM connected. All my other apps work fine. When I contacted the help line, I was told to delete the app snd reinstall, which solved the problem. But the next time I went to use the app, I got the same connection error page. Wash rinse repeat. And it works until it’s closed and I need to reopen it again. Today I had to call to find how to deposit a check, because the “help” just have me an answer that was telling me to choose it from the tiles — obviously the help data has not been changed to match the new app. And when I called in and found out where it is now, guess what?? I had to delete the app and reinstall it AGAIN. This is not fun and nothing at all like what I have been used to in my years with TCU. Going to be a real pain for people like us who are 60 miles fyom the nearest

I've faced some challenges with the banking app that I believe could be improved. While I was able to log in and navigate the process, I encountered issues connecting my bank card. Despite multiple attempts, my card still doesn't show up. Additionally, when I tried to make a payment, I received a message indicating that my card wasn’t on file.I also reached out to customer service for assistance with my payment and was informed there would be a $10 fee for processing it over the phone. This experience has been frustrating, and I think it would really benefit users if the app could be updated to address these issues and enhance its functionality. I'm genuinely surprised that it holds a 4.6 rating, as I believe there is room for improvement. Thank you for considering this feedback!
