I'm having to listen to RIOPY - Meditation 22 in Apple Music while writing this review folks. This application developer uses deceptive language and marketing practices to get you to subscribe ( minimum $19/mo ) and once you're subscribed, you'll quickly learn you have to pay even more money to, get this, buy tokens to get a phone number that actually works!?! Now guess what, you realize you don't have a virtual phone number and nothing works to txt or call from and you want a refund? The developer won't help, instead they will lean on Apple's refund process which rarely works in your favor to issue a refund for something that doesn't work and there's not much you can do to Apple now, can you? Nope, you won't get your refund and won't win when you dispute Apple's decision. This whole system where you pay upfront for a software service that you can't be assured will work is a racket, a very dishonest and egregious way of manipulating people and taking their money! I'm sure the developers will respond if this review get a number of likes and say something along the lines of contact them directly for support ( I did, waste of time ) and then suggest there are actual free numbers to get when subscribing ( only for certain countries which they fail to make clear before users purchase! ) - Developers, be more honest, let your app quality speak for itself! Apple - your refund process is terrible and allowing apps to charge without trials have led to a bigger mess it meant to solve. Good luck people, we're really up against a system that just makes you feel disgusted!

If you skipped the offer to get a trial subscription, try logging out and logging in again to sign up for the trial. When you subscribe, you receive coins and get one non-VIP phone number which you can use for calls and SMS. Also, the subscription lets you record calls and make video calls, as well as use a keyboard translator. VIP numbers can be purchased only with coins, so their price in coins is indicated next to them in advance before purchase, and when choosing a number it is also indicated if it is a VIP number. If you're open to discussing your concerns in more detail, please contact us directly via in-app chat and provide a screenshot of your review. This VoIP app promises seamless calling and SMS functionality, but in reality it delivers very little of what it advertises. From the moment you open it, the experience feels unfinished and poorly thought out. Basic features that should work out of the box instead require constant troubleshooting, which quickly becomes frustrating.Call quality is one of the biggest disappointments. Audio frequently cuts out, calls drop without warning, and there is noticeable delay even on a strong internet connection. For an app whose main purpose is voice communication, failing at this core function makes it practically unusable.The SMS feature is no better. Messages are often delayed, sometimes never delivered at all, and there is no clear indication of whether a message was successfully sent. On several occasions, incoming texts appeared hours late or not at all, making the app unreliable for any real communication.The user interface adds to the frustration. It feels cluttered yet somehow missing essential options, with confusing menus and inconsistent behavior. Notifications are unreliable, settings don’t always save properly, and the app occasionally freezes or crashes for no apparent reason.Overall, this VoIP app with SMS feels like a half-finished project rather than a dependable communication tool. With unstable calls, unreliable messaging, and a frustrating user experience, it fails to meet even basic expectations. There are far better alternatives available, and this app is best avoided unless major improvements are made.
