Just buy it! This vacuum works fantastic! I have two very fluffy cats, and a dog who all shed way too much. Dreams vacuum keeps up with their mess. It’s pricey but well worth it. This vacuum has so many options on how you can tell it to clean, you can pick different rooms, you can have it avoid areas, rugs, etc., and you can input custom instructions of what you need/want done. Dreame vacuum is so quiet, I can run it at night when everyone’s asleep and they don’t know it’s running… (other than the kitten’s photos it catches because they are up at night making their messes!) I enjoy the candid photos it catches of my pets. I don’t see cat/dog dust bunnies poofin around anymore, also the vacuum sees where your pet high traffic ares are and suggests you do that spot on a regular. I can’t rave enough about the choice I made to spend so much, but I see the benefit of it… less cleaning for me and my house floors/rugs are cleaner on a daily and I didn’t raise o finger other than push the clean button on the Dreame app. You can do quick cleanup or a longer through clean and both are amazingly done. Win win. I recommend this vacuum cleaner and surprisingly, it’s a great addition to my Dyson family!

When I saw how few and bad the reviews were, I got kind of scared. But when my bot arrived and I started using the app, I was totally relieved. If you are anything like me, relax! This is by any means a full-featured, awesome app. You get every control you ever need (or even dreame?). You can even tweak the tiniest details in the workflow. P.S. I just had to write this and support Dreame because it's an awesome company. -- Future suggestions 1. Why are pause and home control above the icon on the dashboard? This is bad UX. Same thing applies to shortcuts and camera. 2. I added a carpet manually. Will the mapping be automatically refined by the bot? What's the use of adding furnitures? These are minor matters that certainly will benefit from more info-sharing. 3. I understand your design thinking. But allowing more settings to be changed when the bot is running could be a good thing. 4. When the robot shares pictures of obstacles, there should be a button to ignore the one I'm viewing if it's wrongly detected. And ignoring obstacles should be possible midway through the process. 5. Give us more info about the cleaning process and what stage the robot is in.

I have a robot L20 upstairs and in the first floor I have them for about 12 months and they working everyday I programmed them at specific time. I never have any problems with them. Then I was need help with my lawn to cut the grass and decided to buy A1 lawnmower it was very challenging to make him to work after many trying I contacted the customer service then I followed the instructions about to send my lawnmower to check up. The company take care of the lawnmower they fix some issues. When come back I was available to set up and everything is working good. Dream is a wonderful thing to have specially with a lot to work on the house dream is a good thing to have and I can say that the amount of money you spend is not much for the magnificent work is doing for my robot L20 I pay 1200 I have it for 12 months if you divide $1200 % 365 day = 3.28 cents that amount is what you paid a day that robot do a good cleaning your house mop, dry and vacuum I really recommend it. That amount is only for the year but my robot still is in perfect condition more years are coming.

I love the vac. I love the app. The concepts of both and the app control and the vacuum are fantastic. For the price, and the superior customer service and let me tell you, I had an issue and started a chat in the app to them overnight. I figured it out. So I didn’t bother them back about it. They follow up emailed me twice to make sure that it was fixed and that I was satisfied. I was like wow! Nobody does that anymore and I was thankful and happy to have them in my cleaning corner. I’ll use them for my vacuums as long as they keep making them. Now. The map keeps somehow getting deleted since I got a new phone. I’m not holding my dreme team responsible. I know it’s something that will eventually work out. It’s only a minor setback and it all still works just not as smoothly. This vacuum compared to the hundred other ones that I read up on for over a year (no idea why I wouldn’t just buy one) has to be better. Why? I’ve seen what all that is required with some of the others that isn’t with this one. And the setup is easy. If you know how to find your WiFi and use your phone to connect the app to the internet which connects the vacuum to it all, then that part is simple. If you don’t mind the language differences on rooms, great use the pre set labels. If you do, don’t use the presets. There’s fully customizable labels because nobody can imagine what all names you use for your rooms in your house. They knew that and are leaving it to you to choose. And you set boundaries and no go zones. So pet/wet/stair/clutter areas, the vac will avoid those. And as long as you draw the boundaries with your fingers or make the boxes, it won’t even try to go outside by accident of a door is open. So just try it. You’ll like it. Or just like any other purchase, you’ll take it back. I hope you do like it though. How did I vacuum before this? Well I didn’t as often that’s for sure.
