I really enjoy it and it had some unexpected side effects that made it even more worth it. Seems to help stimulate all of the different functions in that area. My only complaint would be that I wish on its daily check in they had a comment section to better explain how I’m doing or give the choice to answer the multiple choices with more than one answer. The product was everything I thought it would be and more. For all those women feeling lost and out of control, please check this out. It quite possibly could be the game changer you need to take back your life.

I love this product but unfortunately have had nothing but issues since the new upgrade. They can’t seem to get the timer feature to be accurate or functional. The minute your phone shuts off or you leave the Joylux screen, the app stays on the time you left it - turning a 12 minute session into an endless session if you’re not paying attention - and the device doesn’t power off on its own. Very frustrating for such an expensive device. I don’t know why they updated from the old app which worked perfectly! Not to mention the newly added annoying instructions after each session is over. We are adults, treat us as such. I don’t need to be told to wipe down my wand or order new products or log my event.*in response to the developer asking me to delete/reinstall app. I have done this three times over the past month as you’ve requested me do every time and it has not helped at all and you refuse to hear me. You’re incredibly arrogant to assume the problem is mine only and not your app. If the problem had been “fixed” I wouldn’t be writing this review.

This device works. I did a lot of research on the device. I even looked into more expensive treatments but i couldn’t afford. I have had 3 children and felt i needed a little improvement. 😉. It definitely works. I just recommend to my sister and my best friend. They said they would try especially after I read them all the 5 star reviews!! 🩷🩷🩷

Just to be clear, the device itself has wonderful healing powers and I love it. But I no longer use it with the app. First I tried to use the time to meditate, my phone screen locked and the device never shut off! That might be dangerous for all I know. Customer service told me I needed to keep the phone screen on. So next day I doom scrolled a while but because I wasn't staring at the app itself, the device didn't shut off then either. At least that day I realised within a few minutes. More minor irritations; but having to click several times to connect every time you open the app and having to decline sales information after every single session was annoying.
