This app is not as user from as it should be. Very poorly done considering this is a media company. Buckeye should have one of the best apps around instead of this cheap one.

Probably the most useless app that I’ve ever used. The app does not let you view your bill, add a payment method, or even pay your bill. You either get caught in a loop of logging in, or it takes you to the web browser where you experience the exact same issues. I have never had more issues paying a bill in my life. The only actual option to pay your bill is to call and pay it over the phone. (This has been a long-standing problem since I registered an account with Buckeye broadband.)

Decided to move to the app since the website has been under maintenance for the past month but can’t even go pass the login due to the app not displaying my security questions. How on Earth am I suppose to answer the questions if they are not visibly displayed? Please fix your app or your website ASAP so I can pay my bills.
