Venta Home helps get you started and takes you step-by-step through the initial setup process, making it easy for you to begin using your appliance. If you own several appliances, you can allocate and configure each appliance to a specific room.
SET UP YOUR VENTA PRODUCT ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS AND PREFERENCES
Treat yourself and your guests to optimal air quality at home. Once the unit is set up and in operation, you can easily check the most important information at a glance and control the product based on your needs. Choose the room and unit from the overview and monitor room air quality through measured values like humidity and temperature. The Venta home also informs you if an error occurs and gives you first-hand guidance to immediately eliminate the issue, by reminding you to fill the water tank or change hygiene disk, for example.
SIMPLE SETTINGS WITH PREDEFINED MODES
Predefined modes like Sleep, TV/Relax, Summer/Allergy, Automatic, and Turbo make operation even easier. For instance, you can activate the TV mode with one click to enable quiet operation or enable the AeroStyle to generate a warm LED color tone.
Of course, you also have the option of manually controlling your appliance according to your needs. For example, you can set the power level of your appliance and manage and control your indoor air data, activate or deactivate the child lock, or with the AeroStyle you can even change the LED strip light to the color of your choice.
The Venta Home App also supports you as an advisor, because the Air Connect compatible Venta devices specialy the AirSense transmit relevant measured values to the app, so that you can keep an eye on the air data (e.g. carbon dioxide (CO2), formaldehyde, VOC gases, humidity and temperature ) anytime and anywhere.
In case of critical values, the app supports you with recommendations for action as well as information on possible causes. Via the up to 6-level color code (according to AQI), it is quickly clear, for example, whether the fine dust content in the air is elevated - then it is time to ventilate vigorously.

Why does this app always say my room is at 47.5% humidity? It never moves. I came into the room where my AW902 Professional Humidifier is today and the app showed 47.5% and the reading on the humidifier (which was the correct reading) was 63%. What good is this app if I cannot trust the readings? How do I fix this? I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

I just got a wifi humidifier (LW74) 3 days ago and it’s supposed to be controlled by this app but it’s been 3 days this app had never worked .When I click on “register for new account” a window opens and closes immediately leaving me with no other options… No info on status or anything … really not a good sign for a company like that
A waste of time

The app provides wrong information on how to log in. It does not function to allow users to connect a “Connect” device to wi-Fi. A worthless tool unless you are seeking a way to waste your time and get a headache. It should be rated “0”!

This app has never worked for me. The first step is to select a WiFi network but it doesn’t detect the network I’m using…
