I’ve been working with the discard service desk for months now. I can log into my account via a web browser, but when I try to login using this app, I get failed credentials. The team has requested I uninstall and reinstall the app many times and the last two times when they requested a uninstall and reinstall, I’m seeing the update history and this hadn’t been updated in a year so what gives?
