Needs so much work, might be best to scrap it

This app is horrible. With that said, it is slightly more useable than the browser-based interface, which is one of the worst I have ever experienced. First Citizens used to offer very functional applications to access accounts. It seems they have become more focused on appearance than on actual utility of the application. Not worth it.

Finally works like a modern day app

Finally feels like a mobile app. I can quickly approve items and move on with my day instead of clicking through endless screens just to complete simple tasks. The experience feels way cleaner, easier to navigate, and overall far less frustrating than previous versions. One suggestion I have is to add the ability to create and send wires directly through the app.

Not very user friendly with the iPhone app. I wonder if the engineers have tried to use it before they publish the app. So bad.
