Good App that has improved A LOT, but could still be better

Vantaca Manage is working smoothly so far, I haven't had any crashes or errors yet. Pictures are loading quickly and violations update much quicker than in the Bata version. It's really nice to have the ARC information available while doing an inspection, however ARCs that are not in the review process don't show a tag on property address. The "past cure" tag is useful, however it doesn't mean that there are on open violations on the property account so every address with a previous violation still has to be opened so see if there are any unresolved violations. The "past cure" tag also shows randomly on some violations that are not resolved and have never been stepped to the resolved step. An "open vio" tag that only shows on a property when there is an un-resolved violation would be a very useful improvement. This is a big one for most of us as it can be very time consuming to open every address that has had a violation previously, especially in communities with a lot of homes and with a lot of violations. My biggest complaint is that when viewing the violation history on Vantaca Manage it does not show who stepped the violation to each step. It's very useful to know if a violation notice was sent by support (meaning it was a owner/board reported violation) or if it was cited by the inspector during an inspection. It's also useful to know if a violation was resolved by support or by the inspector. If there's messages between the owner and someone at Cedar it's helpful to know who they have been talking to. Please update this so that this information is available on the Vantaca Manage app. More detailed information in the violation history and an “open vio” tag (or something that functions in the same way) would improve my overall experience with and opinion of the app.
Sleek APP

The app has a great work flow. It processes inspections without lag. A couple things for consideration: 1) During inspections, having the step input near the top, would improve work flow because, as an inspector, I am constantly having to scroll and find that input. 2) name visibility on violation history helps distinguish between violations entered as an inspector and violations entered by board members or community managers. 3) Time stamps displayed along with date stamps for completed inspections would allow us to record out times more efficiently. Overall, it’s been a good improvement over the past beta versions!
Great App

Has some great features, like the sort by proximity. Super helpful when completing inspections. Does have a few issues with freezing sometimes but otherwise works great!
This isn’t enough.

I’m not sure how a company as forward-focused as Vantaca doesn’t have a full mobile app that managers can use when they’re away from a desktop. Even Associa has one and their management software is archaic. This app doesn’t let you view owner accounts and ledgers, view and edit association information, work action items, etc. The majority of the job still has to be done from the website. If there is an app that does this, it isn’t showing up in the store and hasn’t been advertised at all. Again, it’s really weird that this company doesn’t have a mobile management presence behind a browser.
This release adds username tracking to violation and work order history for better accountability, improves ARC request sync performance, and fixes a sync issue that could occur after app updates with offline data.
