About the only thing this App is good for is making payments. If you are a board member it does not have anything you need. You will still have to use your computer to do anything board related. There are no options in the menu like there are on the website. And I don’t know if it is a glitch or what but no matter how many times I try it will not let me turn on notifications for board communications. Ugh! The App is really just a waste of time and memory on your phone. Do better Vantaca!

I have only been using this app for a couple of months. It had some major problems at the beginning. Lately, it has improved and I can use it to keep track of monthly maintenance fee payments and to input work orders when something needs to be fixed around my condo. Hopefully, it will continue to improve and provide more valuable information/services.

Coming from TownSQ, the Vantaca APP is very simple, see and pay your monthly dues and send in requests for support. This APP is missing what TownSQ has to offer a directory of owners in that complex, documents where you can access all your owners and HOA documentation. had access for HOA Board Members to see and communicate with homeowners if needed. This Vantaca Home APP needs some serious work and upgrades to get into the year 2025 of get left behind.

So many unsuccessful attempts to sign in and then it tells me that I have to create account and when I try to re-create an account, it says I already have an account and yet I keep getting late statements from my HOA which also says on the bottom this account is currently set up for auto draftand all of my listed payments. What a mess.
