It’s four stars because it only has small ball indicator and won’t track speed of balls from far away. It also records the hand of the person. When I just want it record the speed of the ball. This also only works for baseball as the only sport we can use it for. Can you please edit this app to let us use it for other sports as well.

We use it for volleyball. I’m not sure how accurate it is, but at least we can use it to track velocity over time training. I didn’t need a tripod or any help. I just held the phone camera in my hands. We can usually capture the ball, but sometimes we don’t until we figure out the best way to angle the camera, but adjustments are easy to make. I bought to remove ads as its so useful. Great support, too! Fast in answering my question about app. This is a great app!

This app is so fun with my 8 year old. We love seeing the little green balls (that freeze his throw) that help find the speed. It’s been a really fun tool to make baseball in the yard more fun!

Make sure it’s higher then the pitcher not significantly just a bit more. Can’t use a white background(dark background light ball is best)
