This app is terrible and doesn’t even allow you to paste your email address into the fields at account creation and it not compatible with password managers like Bitwarden, which help everyone to keep their accounts more secure with strong unique passwords. It is also an invasion of your privacy.I purchased a Innova Oximeter in order to test my SpO2 and wirelessly sync it to my Apple Health. Upon arrival, I was forced to sign up for a privacy-invading account with the Beyond Oximeter app just to get my results into my phone wirelessly. I am disgusted that these manufacturers are making money with this tactic which exposes customer PII, including health data, to hackers and bad actors. We all know the IT security practices of these corporations are never sufficient and they will be hacked eventually. Innova knows this too, but they don’t care.

this application works perfectly in guest mode, but refuses to record any of the data. It requires you to create an account, but it’s not able to create an account. It claims that there’s no network with everything else on the phone is able to access the network and works fine. Absolute cripple wear, self-inflicted injury. They could make this work easily in standalone mode and yet they inflict this necessity to create an account on the users and then they don’t even let you create an account.

I was apprehensive when I read all the negative reviews. But I’ve already bought the device, and go ahead with the setup. In any case, the device is easy to use, download the app, create an account, Bluetooth setup right after, and recording works without any issue. It’s as it should be. It gives me more data than a simple oximeter (which I have a few). Thank you.

I downloaded this app because I have their pulse ox device. To sign up, you need a validation number. To request that validation number you do that through the sign-up process, but it doesn’t work. The email is never sent, and the validation number is never received. So, I am deleting the app, because I can’t get it to work. Too bad I didn’t keep the shipping boxes for the device, because I would send that back too.
