Once you are enrolled with Current Health, you will receive a one-time password via text and then have the ability to create a unique PIN or log in using your FaceID or TouchID.

Current Health enables your healthcare provider to monitor your vital sign trends and build a deeper understanding of your health at home. This application helps you get set up on the Current Health platform and stay in touch with your care team.

- New Device Support tab visible for patients with a Wearable or Home Hub assigned.
