This is an extremely amazing service! I got out of prison and was desperately trying to find a place that accepted Medicare. All the local clinics turned me away, but not Klinic. They have helped me throughout the entire process. Their staff/customer service is beyond outstanding. You can reach out to them via text about any issue you might be having with the pharmacy, scheduling or anything that could come up with their service and they will take care of it right away. Dealing with Drs and their offices has always been a pain, but not with Klinic. I highly recommend anyone who needs Suboxone to use this service. I will stay with them as long as they will have me. The doctor has no showed multiple times, every prescription he was supposed to call in, he didn’t and I would have to go through a huge hassle of communicating through the apps customer service rep. While they communicated with the doctor, and that in its self was a huge hassle. But then the doctor STILL did not call it in so the next day I had to do it all again, then they had me do a second visit (mind you it’s been like 3 days at this point) with the doctor to verify the issue and get him to actually call it in. Is it after all this I found out that they had charged me for a second visit which was $75 which they eventually refunded but only after it had caused me to miss a payment if something else which led to late fees, causing more missed payments and multiple other late fees the whole thing is a cascading effect. I ended up paying more fees by far than the amount that they refunded.Finally though I did get meds, but then it all happened again. This time they called me to apologize I was a few hours ago and they have not responded after saying they would get in touch with the doctor to have it fixed.So use it your own risk !!!

I got a suboxone doctor through this app, and she literally robbed me. She charged me $260 a week. She kept charging me weekly even after I moved to monthly visits. When I asked for a refund, she refused. I disputed it with my credit card company, and she sent in FAKE patient visit reports to my CC company. I had to report her to DOPL, Utah’s licensing agency. Action against her was taken because what she did was illegal. There are WAAAAY cheaper suboxone docs out there that won’t steal from you! Try QuickMD. It’s $99 a month for me.
