Big release: "Journeys" are here! We’re excited to announce the launch of Journeys, a whole new way to build mental and emotional strength through fun, bite-sized daily exercises. Inspired by apps like Duolingo, Journeys break down mental health support into small, manageable steps you can do in just five minutes a day. Alongside Journeys, we've made a range of improvements across the app. We've streamlined the signup process to make getting started even easier, expanded the Trans+ Support Hub with new resources, and tackled a number of bugs to improve stability and performance.
