Terrible app

In the few days I’ve been using it, the instructional videos have only worked one time out of probably twenty attempts. It’s already logged me out and now gives me an error message when I try to log back in so I can’t get in to see my schedule or participate in their stupid check-in challenges. It’s been a huge waste of time.

Scheduling

I have 3 of their devices and waiting to get a fourth. Base on the devices you have, you can either make your own schedule or go with their recommended schedule!! This is SUPER helpful and I’ll be using my devices to keep my skin in check. I was worried I wouldn’t know how to use them or when, but it’s all provided in the app. 10/10!!!

Can’t move onto the next step

The app asks me to create my own routine, I clicked for each mode, won’t let me go to the next step!!

This app is really really really bad. They obviously didn’t put any thought into this.
