Excellent way to Send Money

I have had a chance to use the Walmart2Walmart service now a half dozen times and I have to say that the process is very user friendly and safe. I haven’t had any negative issues with recipients not getting there money and the transactions are quick and effortless.

Not useful, complete waste of time

I went to send $115 to my friend. Transaction in progress, then canceled with no notice or explanation. Started another transaction. After waiting 25 min, longer than the advertised 15 min, I chatted with cust service in the app. Said the transfer was in review and that shouldn’t take longer than 2 hours. After 2.5 hours I entered the chat again. Rep said was escalating. After another hour transaction canceled w/no explanation. Went back into chat, was told I need to call the fraud department through cust service. Called and they were closed for the day. Called the next day and was transferred 6 times over 45 minutes, until they transferred me back to the original phone tree! At that point I hung up.Completely useless waste of time and effort. Would give negative stats if that was an option.

I needed to send money to my sister who is vacationing out of state. I downloaded this application, entered all of my information, and debit card info. I transferred the money to my Sister and got the confirmation, transaction number, and pin. The funds were immediately “held” from my bank account, then 10 minutes later I got an email saying that my transaction had been cancelled(by Ria)due to it being “suspicious.” It also stated that if I tried to place any other orders, those orders would be immediately rejected. All of my information was correct, they held the funds in my bank account, so what was the reason for this? I have no idea, this is supposed to be a money transfer service right? By the way, the funds have still not been released back to my bank account. BEWARE of this service!

I needed to send money to my sister who is vacationing out of state. I downloaded this application, entered all of my information, and debit card info. I transferred the money to my Sister and got the confirmation, transaction number, and pin. The funds were immediately “held” from my bank account, then 10 minutes later I got an email saying that my transaction had been cancelled(by Ria)due to it being “suspicious.” It also stated that if I tried to place any other orders, those orders would be immediately rejected. Just got this app and thought it would be more convenient than driving to the store to send money. However, when my recipient went to pick up the money she was unable to do so. They told me after speaking with 3 different customer service representatives that it was because I had just created an account and that it would take time for this transaction to take place. NEVER AGAIN WILL i use this app. Will also be reporting them to the better business bureau if my recipient is unable to pick up money tomorrow. Would have a been better off to go to the store
