The app options to control the device are poor in design and the companies products that are designed for the app are not as advertised. Read their fine print also when ordering a product for this app when you want to know about refunds returns etc before you think of purchasing from them.

Doesn’t work on cruise ship

Lelo puts on website would work with travel. Not true. I brought on a cruise ship wifi and the app would not let me log in despite password changes. My recommendation is DON’T say it works with travel when it does not. Please be specific that it may not work at sea. My complaint is the FAQ specifics. It worked when I got back to shore.
