It is incredibly user-friendly, especially if you're already familiar with the Apple Health app.One of the key features of Galvan is its AI-powered daily mental wellness check-in, which helps you monitor and improve your overall mental well-being. Another standout feature of the app is its ability to earn points for working out, which is great motivation to stay on top of your fitness goals. The best part of it is it works in conjunction with your other fitness apps that feed into the Apple Health app.What sets Galvan apart from other Move to Earn apps on the market is its superior features and user interface. While I’m new to the Galvan app itself, I’ve been watching Galvan’s efforts in wellness and particularly their AI voice wellness check feature for a while now. The idea that I can have regular check-ins on my health (particularly in mental and emotional health) is a massive help to me. As some one with ADHD, getting regular reads on how I’m doing before I even notice concerns is a godsend. I have high hopes and great expectations for what Galvan will do in the health and wellness space

I like that I can sync with my Apple Watch and track my steps, heart minutes and calories! I get crypto IZE for hitting my heart rate goals and doing wellness check ins every few days! I read that goals and PHR are on the roadmap, so I’m super excited to see what else Galvan adds to this app! I bought a node and love being part of the Galvan community.
