This app is supposed to be a tool for patients who have debilitating medical conditions the app should be a useful resource for patients who need to set up delivery of medications track symptoms and contact specific pharmacies. However the app only allows you to choose the country you are from and only one choice for place of residence and language so the squid a complete waste of time because you can not use it.

I was told to download this app by my Abbvie Care Specialist. Why? The app is for people outside the US. Apparently Abbvie’s reps have no clue, and don’t care enough to respond to the complaints without using their canned response. You would think that a company that charges $16,000 for a month’s worth of medicine could afford to hire someone to make a decent and usable app, or at least hire a human to respond to these complaints!!! Complete waste of my precious time.

I was told to download this app by my Abbvie Care Specialist. Why? The app is for people outside the US. Apparently Abbvie’s reps have no clue, and don’t care enough to respond to the complaints without using their canned response. The people giving me my first infusion told me to download this app. They said it would answer many of the questions I might have. I downloaded the app but couldn’t get any farther because I’m a resident of the contiguous U.S. Why do I keep getting told to go to this site?This medication costs a considerable amount. If I cannot trust my health provider to give me correct information who should I trust?
