This app is a great resource and help for my struggles with anxiety

This app is a great tool when I feel very overwhelmed, anxious, or when I am going through an anxiety attack. By tracking my anxiety, the effort (mindfulness) it takes to type out and rate my levels of anxiety allows me to honestly see a glimpse of hope that my feelings of fear, guilt, and anxiety are manageable. By tracking the triggers, I am more aware of what actually sets me spiraling downward into a paralyzing state due to my anxiety. This app helps me recognize and track my triggers so that I’m am more focused and aware so my counseling sessions with my therapist are more productive and effective. It provides a road map for me to have an honest dialogue with my therapist.I recommend this app for anyone who feels that anxiety is robbing them of their wellbeing and happiness they deserve in life.

So simple and easy to use and most of the other apps I have looked up are not free to use all the features. Even though some parts of the app you have to pay for the most part all of the useful parts are free to use.

I love the idea of this app. It is similar to the app that I had before except it had a community of people who shared ideas share the symptoms and feelings with each other in, encourage each other’s success story and accomplishment on their goals on the goal that they have set.I do have to say that your subscription plan should be much more clearer . When I subscribe, it was not explained that you were deducting only the yearly subscription not the monthly. I just wish that you would be more pacific. With your prices and give customers a choice of whether they want to pay yearly.

I have a lot of anxiety and have a psychiatrist for it. This app helps me realistically keep track of various daily occurrences, triggers, symptoms, etc. when you are anxious a lot of the time, it’s hard to keep track of the day to day and remember what things happened. This app makes it fairly easy to review and gauge how my anxiety levels were as well as things I felt on each day. In turn, it helps me report back to my doctor when he asks about my anxiety levels. It’s also nice that it has a built in “dairy” of sorts to write down your feelings and thoughts.
