I love this app. I like that I can quickly and easily request refills, see which prescriptions are ready, and view history. It would be even more fantastic if you add the ability to send a note or written request to the pharmacy. For example, I need a refill of a medication, but my insurance has changed so I have a new PCP. It would be ideal to request a refill and add a note to request it be sent to my new PCP. Another example is that I was taking a medication BID and going forward it will be TID. I would love it if I could request a refill on my existing prescription, adding a note to the Pharmacy to request an updated prescription from my Doctor. I’m often unable to call during pharmacy hours and so my meds are delayed. This would also alleviate the number of phone calls to stores and the Pharmacists’ time spent on the phone.

What more can I say. I’ve been getting a critical component of an effective “cocktail” or 4 meds, which when taken together, have an extensive track record of keeping the worst effects of a hellish disease at bay. In my case, I’m part of a very small segment of the migraine population, which develops “New Daily Persistent Migraines”!! Key detail is patient being able to recall the very day when sporadic migraines (or other types of head-pain) turned. So that going forward it now manifested a daily attack with varying symptoms. And the staff at the Eastern Blvd Weis Pharmacy have been both professional and kind in making sure I am able to access one of the four meds like clock-work!!

The Weis pharmacy in Bellefonte store 187. Is amazing , they help me in so many ways . Richard and Scott the pharmacists truly go above and beyond . The staff is also very accommodating. Between the staff and the pharmacists go the extra mile and I appreciate them so very much . But there’s one area that doesn’t work for me is this auto refill to the point some prescriptions are out before I get the new one. I’m sure that works for many just not me with my complicated health history and the mere volume of prescriptions I take . Also I’m not overly fond of the new app . But as far as the employees in the pharmacy . They are simply amazing Thank You!Melody Reese

I frequent the Weis Pharmacy on Rolling Ridge Drive and hope and pray that they continue to provide service. The staff is helpful and the female pharmacist ( don’t know if I can use her name publicly) is always very knowledgeable, professional and caring even when it’s obvious that she is over-worked and always very busy. I use this pharmacy because I trust their care and vigilance with my prescriptions as well as with my immunizations. Thank you for the excellent care that you always provide.
