Won’t open OTC Scan tool !!!

Incredible! This app won’t and doesn’t show option to open the OTC Scan tool!!! Customer support gal opened hers and says that at the Profile icon she can click on it and scroll down to “I want to” which brings up the ability to use the OTC scan tool. ON MY APP THERE’S NO ABILITY TO SCROLL DOWN FURTHER. All this app is good for is to check various balances and approved purchases made. If anyone has a suggestion to get the scan tool to open, please post in your review.

Great app but zero support

As I said below, it's quicker than using the website, HOWEVER, the day after I wrote the review, neither the app OR the website is allowing me to login no matter what I did.. uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my phone, cleared my cache, etc.The app has a help phone number and an email, but after using the email link I got a reply saying basically, we can't help you and we've told Molina to remove the email.. and calling the phone number, 3 different reps at first didn't know the app I was calling about and then tried to act like it's my fault that I can't log in, it's like they were refusing to believe the app/site is having problems. So I'm downgrading my review to 2 stars. To give you the scope of the issue, at one point I was asked for my last name and birthdate and it said my info was incorrect. I'm 63 and I know my last name and birthdate, folks.Will mention there IS a NationsOTC app but that's pretty much just a shopping app and it does show your available OTC/food balance but if you have other benefits (vision, dental, etc) the Nations app doesn't show that info.GRRRR Developers, if you're reading this, please adjust this app so it performs as advertised, thanks!

Easiest way to see card balance & scan.

This app was simple to use to see my card balance & to scan food items. I can’t login anymore & was told to use the Benefits Pro app which is harder to use. I like seeing the card balance at a glance with the graph & simple to use scanner.

Can’t see balances on the benefits

It’s really hard to navigate the Molina benefit card app because it doesn’t allow you to navigate to see your balances and sometime when you scan things in the store it’ll tell you it’s approved but when you get to the line to pay for your items it is not on the approved item list.
