Well structured series for meniscus injury

The instructions and visuals for each exercise are well done. It’s a helpful series of levels. Having the daily calendar really is helping me keep track of my progress. I’m still on level one but I feel improvement. I like that you can provide feedback that guides the difficulty of exercises. The app did freeze on me once. I don’t know if it was my phone, user error, or the app itself. I restarted my phone and have had no trouble since. I’m likely to recommend this app to others. My only concern is that I’m an older adult who no longer is as active ( it’s been a long long time since I was running); therefore, there’s a mix of exercises that are easy and a bit harder in each section. I’m sure if I was a more active individual, there might be more consistency for my needs. It’s not a deterrent for me, I will adjust as needed. I have been through 2 series of physical therapy for other injuries so I feel this app is a good addition or alternative as it’s so hard to get timely appointments. Overall, I see this as a very helpful and well structured app that has validity and well researched information. I highly recommend it.

I am so happy that I found this app. I ran a marathon on a slightly strained calf and ended up with a super strained calf. My progress was slow at first but has steadily improved. I am recommending this app to all of my running friends!A couple of pieces of feedback:1. I wish that I could rearrange the workouts within a week with a bit more flexibility. For example, if I know I’ll be pressed for time so I want to do a fundamental workout one day early, but skip one of the optional workouts. I cannot access the future workout until that day arrives.2. I wish that I could go back and edit my response to the question about whether the workout increased my injury symptoms within 24 hours. I usually mark it right after finishing the workout but then the next day if I feel discomfort I wish that was editable.Overall this app has been a true lifesaver during this time as it has provided me with hope that I will get back to running again and a sense of accomplishment in all the baby steps along the way. Super appreciate the detailed written instructions and video for each exercise.Thank you!!!!

I hurt my knee about 2 months ago. My doctor verified it was a meniscus injury. I have been using this app for the last two weeks. I am noticing progress. I am also learning some other ways to work the joint. I will keep using this app because I think it’s helping me. My only critique, is the video for the Russian twist. In the demonstration the model only moves his arm ms and does not rotate his torso at all. The written description is correct. Besides that, this is a great tool to me. Thank you for making it available.

I’ve always had this old running injury with my left back, and I’m postpartum now. My second pregnancy definitely worsened my back pain towards the third trimester. It was bothering me so much lately. I remembered doing the exakt app prior to pregnancy and it did help my back pain. So today I reopened the app, and tried the back mobility exercises and my back pain seriously improved, almost gone. I’m really impressed! I guess I really have to stretch nowadays in my late 30s.
