Took the ride over 6 times. And I am getting to use it more and more frequently. They picked you at a certain bus stop not far from your location and drop you at the nearest destination. Sometimes alone. Other time with one or two passengers. Ensuring you will arrive at the destination on time. SMART car provides convenience to passengers especially the senior or disabilities. That’s great👍👍👍 The ride arrived earlier than ETA this morning. Anyway it is good to get to the destination earlier😂 Feeling warm when getting on the car this morning. With heat inside. Thoughtful 👍👍👍With SMART, I can even get my multiple journeys booked ahead 👍👍👍Lucky that I have tried the newly bought Van of SMART today. The van is roomy inside with 5 seats at the back. There is a small space for getting on and off. It is more convenient and easier👏👏👏Grateful to Smart Car giving us free ride during holidays. Appreciated👍👍👍Car always maintains clean and tidy👍👍👍Take the ride almost a year. The drivers provide good service all the time by picking up and dropping off on time .Smart car provides convenience to residents in their daily life. 99% of my rides are using smart car

I have been using this App for almost a year now. It’s been a great time using this service. Affordable, punctual and comfortable rides to workplace and back. One suggestion would be increase the number of vehicles in fleet for peak hours ( office hour start and end times). Extremely grateful towards the service and appreciate your efforts.

I have only started using this app last year October—I started taking it as the walk to the bus stop to my school, is almost a 10 mins; I could definitely use some more time getting ready before school. Overall, smart has been a reliable and affordable transportation with decent drivers, for me as a student myself.

Saw SMART a couple of times while in Lyfts. Thought it was a scam at first until I googled it and saw it was legit. Had my first ride this morning. Very similar to Lyft/Uber but at a 90% reduced price. They pick you up/drop you off at set areas that are not far from your initial spot. I was told sometimes they pick up multiple people at once but I was alone. Goodbye Uber/Lyft!!!
