My first ride was simple to schedule. The only issue I ran into was not knowing where the pick up spot was. I was standing across from HUP and the shuttle was on the Gates side. I ended up running to the other side of the building.

Wait times have greatly increased with this new app

I have been riding the Penn shuttle five nights per week for over three months at the same time every night. While I like that the new app will pick me up at my exact location on campus and the ability to favorite my route is great, the wait times since the launching of the new app have gone from around 7 minutes to often more than twenty and sometimes even 40 minutes or more. The app gives an arrival time and then keeps pushing it back two and sometimes three times.
Wait times have greatly increased with this new app

Could you set up the schedule for Penn Bus North so that I can predict about what time they are coming?When I check the current locations of the buses, they often stay at 38th street for some while.
