App worked fine the day we set it up and now every time we try to sign it it shows error, I even tried ti create a knew account and all it does is keep trying to load I do not know who to contact to get the issue resolved ad I have clicked help and customer support and nothing leads to getting help. If anyone on here could help guide me to the right area on resolving the issue that would help great!

Every time the App has an update, it makes you go through the setup, starting with unboxing it! It should be fairly simple to have it remember your settings!Other than that super annoying point. It’s great.
