Perfectly simple with just what we need to relax or drown out annoying sounds. Highly recommend for those working in an open office or when you’re on an airplane! Also great for having some soothing sounds when you’re trying to fall asleep

This is great for any beginners who are new to meditation, this also is ideal for a quick break or something you do before you go to bed or wake up in the morning just something quick but it really gets you calm and it feels so good!

Wow, whatever the developers did to this app is awful. I first downloaded it years ago when it was called “simply being” and it was so nice and simple! You were able to choose how long you wanted the meditations to be, and the “script” was simple and relaxing. There are only two options now and I don’t like the new script. I would have paid for the old version. I wish I could find the old mediations that were here before :/ I can’t even use this version.

Very relaxing speaker. Not too many choices— nice and simple presentation for a quick break. I’m totally new to meditation and this has been helpful. Great for getting to sleep... you can have the sounds okay after the meditation finishes.
